TALYR 11th Annual General Meeting Oct 27, 2025

Meeting Summary

As with all registered Not-for-Profit organizations, TALYR has a requirement to hold an Annual General Meeting (AGM). ALL active Members were invited to attend the AGM. The meeting took place, via Zoom, immediately following our webinar on October 27, 2025 (at 12 noon).

In total, 23 Members attended, fulfilling our quorum requirements.

At the meeting, we reviewed the year 2024-2025 (July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025) including the Presidents Report, a link for which can be found below, elected a slate of continuing Board Members and Officers (President, Secretary and Treasurer) for 2025-2026, and approved the TALYR Financial Statements for Fiscal Year 2025.
