Acting Sergeant Danielle Froud
In 2003 Officer Danielle Froud joined York Regional Police. After graduating from Ontario Police College she was deployed to the front line where she developed a strong base of policing experience serving the community of Richmond Hill. In 2010, she transferred to the Criminal Investigation Bureau where she was responsible for investigating crimes against persons. In 2018, she returned to front line duties where she patrolled the City of Vaughan and Town of Newmarket. In 2021, she happily transferred to the Senior Safety office where she liaises with other officers, community partners, seniors and family members regarding senior issues in the community. One of her career highlights was being deployed for security at the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver, BC.
