TALYR 9th Annual General Meeting Oct 30, 2023

Meeting Summary

As with all registered Not-for-Profit organizations, TALYR has a requirement to hold an Annual General Meeting (AGM). ALL active Members were invited to attend the AGM. The meeting took place, via Zoom, immediately following our webinar on October 30, 2023 (at 12 noon).

Quorum requirements were fulfilled.

At the meeting, we reviewed the year 2022-2023 (July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023) including the Presidents Report, a link for which can be found below, elected a slate of continuing Board Members and Officers (President, Secretary and Treasurer) for 2023-2024, and approved the TALYR Financial Statements for Fiscal Year 2023.
