Third Age Learning - York Region Inc. (TALYR) is a non-profit organization whose founding principles include the protection of all personal and private information of our participating Contacts, Members and voluntary Board members.

TALYR is aware that there must be, in place, effective measures to protect all personal information: to that end, TALYR has implemented processes, procedures and electronic information systems to ensure that no personal information is shared with anyone without the expressed written consent of the individual. Our electronic communications are aligned with Canada's anti-spam legislation (CASL) that came into effect July 1, 2014. It is in place to protect Canadians while ensuring that organization and businesses can continue to compete in the global marketplace.

Third Age Learning - York Region ensures that all information gathered from individuals will be kept confidential and in a secure manner, as required by the PIPEDA Act of the Canadian Federal privacy legislation.
